2019 Senior Model Zombie Prom Shoot

There’s something about October and fall…there’s an electricity in the air. I’ve always been in love with this time of year and of course Halloween, because I get to go back to my first love of why I started multi media makeup. I wanted to make movie monsters and this time of year is when I get to mix up my routine, get creative and play with character and special effects makeup!

It didn’t take much to convince the senior model team to embrace the spirit of the season with a zombie inspired shoot. Throughout the year they get the opportunity to take part in group shoots that usually have a concept behind them and when they heard special effects, everyone was on board. They brainstormed and the girls had a great idea to make it “Prom” themed. Their job was to find an old, new or used prom dress and zombify it!

The day of the shoot all the girls got SFX makeup and were transformed into fresh zombies at the studio. We photographed on-location at East Ridge High were there was an unsuspecting victim unfortunately.
